Summary: Front desk staff was terrible. He messed up our room booking on his end multiple times. Room key stopped working and had to go back and have them reprogrammed multiple times. He put another family booked to the room, so while we were sleeping they were trying to get in the room. Major safety concern. Then when they went down to tell him he can up and pounding on the door waking my kids up and was mad that we were in the room. When I confronted him about it he realized he messed up but still tried to make it the employee before his even though he was the one who checked us in. Each time I interacted with him at the front desk he was playing games on his phone and seemed irritated I had to make him step away from them.
